Terms and Conditions
Effective 12 August 2026
These terms are a product-ready baseline and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before accepting paid customers in a specific jurisdiction.
Using Texvu
You must provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, use the service lawfully, and be authorized to enter business and customer information.
Customer data
The fashion business controls customer records it enters and is responsible for lawful collection, notices, consent, retention and responding to customer requests. Texvu processes that data to provide the service.
Payments and business decisions
Texvu records payment information but is not a bank, mobile-money provider, tax adviser or escrow service. Businesses remain responsible for prices, taxes, refunds, delivery promises and customer disputes.
Subscriptions
Plan prices, limits and billing periods are shown before purchase. Fees may change for a future renewal after reasonable notice. Access may be limited for overdue subscriptions according to the selected plan.
Acceptable use
Do not access another tenant, upload unlawful or malicious material, abuse public forms, probe security controls, misuse customer data, or use Texvu to misrepresent message delivery, consent or payment status.
Service availability
We work to keep Texvu available and secure, but maintenance, provider incidents and internet conditions may interrupt access. Businesses should maintain appropriate printable or exported operational fallbacks.
Limitation and termination
To the extent permitted by law, Texvu is provided without guarantees beyond the applicable agreement. Accounts may be suspended for material breach, security risk or unlawful use. Data export and closure follow the applicable retention policy.
Changes and contact
Updated terms will show a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or the account contact.
