Privacy Policy

Effective 12 August 2026

This policy explains how Texvu processes information when fashion businesses use the platform. It is a product-ready baseline and should be reviewed by local counsel before commercial launch in each country.

Information we process

Account and business details, customer contact information entered by a business, measurements, order and fitting records, payment metadata, approvals, package custody events, storefront content, reviews, and technical security logs.

Why we process it

To provide the Texvu service, authenticate users, isolate business workspaces, create business records, prevent fraud and duplicate payments, provide support, improve reliability, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Business and customer responsibilities

Fashion businesses determine what customer data they enter and must collect appropriate consent. Businesses should avoid storing unnecessary sensitive information and honor customer access, correction, export and deletion rights where applicable.

Data sharing

Texvu uses infrastructure providers such as authentication, database, storage, hosting and monitoring vendors to operate the service. We do not sell personal data. We disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.

Retention and security

Records are retained while an account is active and as needed for business, audit, dispute and legal purposes. Texvu uses encrypted transport, provider-managed encryption at rest, private storage, row-level tenant controls and audit events.

Your choices

Account owners can request access, export, correction or account closure. Customers should normally contact the fashion business that collected their data; Texvu will support verified requests where required.

Contact

Privacy questions and verified rights requests should be sent to the support contact published by the Texvu operator for your country.
